catastrophe shelter. house boat of the future - after the world has changed, there is no land to survive. the ocean is our home. what would a house look like? what do we really need to survive? this is a first concept sketch for a boat that completely closes for big storms with a retractable mast and solar panels on a retractable roof. it would be just like a nut, able to float on the worse storm. it could also turn into a submarine. it would keep it's habitable space to it's minimum where surviving is the most important goal.
