Ayse Birsel and I worked together as "accidental perfumers" to give the overall concept of the scent as a life cycle and created shaped to match thresholds in human life: Birth, Baby, Puberty, Sex, Partnership, Empty Nest, Death. Laurent Le Guernec and Celine Barel from IFF(International Flavors and Fragrances) created artistic scents to go with the thresholds.
