Design Challenge: I-Pods are presently used with headphones and there is a large market for a sound systems in which an I-Pod can dock into a speaker network. This is particularly valid if the speaker system can transmit on a wireless basis to secondary speakers in the immediate area.

Design Challenge: In the existing market a number of customers have quality and expensive headphones but the headphones have no surround sound capabilities. Because of this there is a discernable market need for a surround sound headphones stand which if wired to the customers existing headphones will produce a surround sound experience. This problem is particularly acute in Japan where many expensive headphones lacking surround sound capabilities have been sold in recent years.
