PRICE LANDING PARK - Waterfront park design amid COVID-19
To address the impacts of social distancing and limited use of public space on the condition of pandemics, this studio helped us focus on the Price Landing Park in the Lower Price Hill District to create a resilient waterfront on the Ohio River. This studio problematizes local issues of socio-ecological processes and spatiotemporal patterns that help redefine the public space of Price Landing Park. This project is undertaken in four phases: magnification, synecdoche, assemblism, and assessment, to discuss how resilient waterfront landscape would be achieved.
