For this project, Kaia and I used community goals from the Resurgency Plan, along with our previous site and demographic analysis. From this research, we concluded that requirements for the space should include:
• Establishing new habitats and water integration
• Creating engaging play-spaces with multi-functionality
• AND Utilizing the space for additional modes of commerce development
