Server - This is a Server that can be used as an individual unit or stacked as shown. The company wanted to have a look to the product that tied into the "Tiger Shark" brand name. This image was generated with Solidworks 3D CAD program and enhanced with Corel Paint.
Travel Case for electronic teeth care - This image was generated using Solidworks and enhanced using Corel Paint. The Solidworks model was used directly to generate an SLA model to check fit of accessories and the overall form.
Electronic Teeth Care System - I designed the charging base for the existing handle using free hand sketching. The Solidworks program was then used to generate the 3D CAD model that was used to create this image. This image was also enhanced using Corel Paint.
Gateway Computer Monitor - This is a design for a 17" monitor for Gateway Computers Business Division. The image shows the back and the front of the same unit. The design of the back of the monitor is as important as the front. A calculated percentage of vent opening had to be determined to insure proper cooling of the internal components.
GPS System for Military - I was part of a team that designed this product system for Ratheon. This unit was designed to be used by the military for linking with GPS tracking systems. I also designed the holster used to hold the unit in place on a military vehicle. I completed all of the renderings shown.
Neo Matrix Lab Testing Equipment - HALO Console - Halo tests for early stages of breast cancer using heated, pulsating water to stimulate the extraction of a specimen for testing. I designed this product and created the CAD model. The client wanted to create an unintimidating look for women being tested so this design is very organic. My rendering was completed using Solidworks and Corel Paint. The two photos on the right are the finished product. This product has been featured on TV promoting its medical value.
3 Color Duplicator - 3 Color Duplicator was developed for AM Mulitgraphics. I handled every aspect of the project including initial design renderings. I worked directly at the client's facility making foam core mockups to fit frame after design direction was established.
Back up Battery Charger Housing - This housing was designed for monitoring the operating status of a back up battery charging system for an electric gate opener.
Product was rendered and designed using Solidworks and Corel Paint.
ARIS by Visual Pathways - This is the Auto Retinal Imaging System which photographs the eye from several different angles. It is highly sensitive in the detection of clinically significant macular edema. This is a low volume product so the design is based on use and manufacturing specifications. Lower 2 photos are of the actual product. The image in the upper right is my rendering with a human factors analysis with two section views showing all internal components.
