A violet amethyst gemstone is incorporated at the top of the glasses so that when worn, the amethyst will come into close contact with the wearer's sixth chakra, in between the 2 eyebrows. Won a winning entry award in Opus Design Award 2003.
Chromo Clock - Chromo Clock is a digital clock that uses colours as a metaphor for time. Different colours are being used to denote different stages of the day. The colours enable a user to know the time subconsciously, without looking at the digits. This is a more gentle way of perceiving time, since it takes away the threat of numbers.
LED is being used for the backlighting of the clock. The low power consumption makes it suitable for batteries operation – one less messy cable.
