Facets for Kids (Research + Interaction)
Facets Multimedia, a non-profit national leading art media organization, is launching a film streaming app for kids, targeting at children age between 6 to 12. Five of us students from IIT Institute of Design were hired to conduct user research understanding how people respond to the service and how it could improve before its official launch.
