This project was one piece of a larger master plan completed by thirteen students in the studio section. The task was to create a mixed use residential building; this building in particular houses 1-2 bedroom apartments, a laundromat, and an art supply store.
Through an unconventional interior circulation, natural light is able to penetrate the units from more than just the exterior wall; this also creates dynamic spaces for the residences to interact
