Vinomo Wine (Single Bottle Pack): Vinomo Wine. The name ‘Vinomo’ is a portmanteau of two words ‘Vino’ which means wine in Italian and ‘Venom’. This package is the single bottle holder (Also a 3-Bottle Package is available & is exhibited here at Packaging of The World). The serpent theme is from ancient Rome, it was believed that the sons of the god Mercury would pour wine from sacred horns at an altar for two serpents to bring fortune. Notice the 8mm plastic pin (used in car industry to hold the top cover to the bottom box) & the wooden legs to hold the snake arc upright.
