Sony Transactional Emails
We were excited to have the opportunity to apply a light design touch to all of our transactional customer emails. To date, many of the emails being sent were hastily implemented with poor formatting and as a result, were causing customer confusion. With over 20 emails, we quickly set about setting up a layout that would work well for email and would be easier to understand.
