Sony Store Packing Slip Redesign
The packing slip that was being sent out with every order was in a sad state. That's the "before" view at the top. I immediately knew that design could bring dramatic improvements and do so quickly. Although what seemed at first like a simple project, turned in a very long task due to a number of system restrictions at the fulfillment locations. After about 9 months, it finally launched and was well worth the wait.
