Gertrude Stein: Lectures in America - Self-initiated. 2010
A re-design of four titles from my favorite writers, done in the style of old-school Penguin Classics series. The four titles were conceived as a series and the challenge was to create individually compelling cover narrative while maintaing an overarching familial resemblance.
Concept behind the photoshoped images come from Antonioni's use of landscape in his movies, where the backdrop serves as an exterior manifestation of the character's state of mind.
