Harley Davidson Laptop
Previous attempts to brand laptops - Most of these simply ended up feeling like regular laptops with different badges. I wanted to make something that really screamed Harley.
Some Numbers on Harley's Users - Harley has very loyal customers who love to show off their bikes and that they ride them. They also tend towards well paid, older users who might buy a custom laptop.
Harley Davidson Laptop - I visited the local Harley Davidson dealer (Ray Price Harley Davidson rayprice-hd.com) and tried to find what makes a Harley a Harley.
Ideation Sketches - Trying to find what elements really say Harley.
3D Sketches - Trying to get an idea of what this tube guard would look like.
Finished Rear View - I tried to capture the 45 degree V-Twin imagery here. Everyone around you should be looking to see this laptop.
Front View with Details - Detail elements are pulled from the bikes themselves.
Custom Colors - The laptops could be color matched to the bike for a small fee.
Context shot - The last thing you see when your girlfriend steals your bike and your laptop.
