The client wanted a modern, open design which would take advantage of a deep lot to provide many windows facing the rear yard. The ground floor has few interior walls, and the focus of the rear wall is a quadruple patio door with windows on either side. The kitchen is large and modern. Upstairs is a large master bedroom which has the key feature of windows facing both the rear and front yards.
