The John Howard Society, a non-profit charity organization which aids in the rehabilitation and reintegration of persons at the end of their prison sentences, needed a small apartment building in which to house young adults who are recently released.

The design provides the security and durability required while maintaining a sense of dignity and home with generously large, modernly equipped apartments and a size and character which blends in with the surrounding neighbourhood.

Originally two storeys, a third storey was added in 2013 along with a full height addition at the rear.
