• Fitting & balancing a range of tyres, including passenger, tubed, 4WD, forklift, split rim, & more
• Fitting second hand tyres and performing puncture repairs
• Assessing tyre condition, providing quotes & taking payment, and looking after customers; including giving a rough timeframe for work carried out, carrying out work efficiently & safely, and phone-calling customers when their job is done
• Taking tyre deliveries and checking stock against invoices
• Procurement of vehicle parts for customers & consumables for tyre workshop
• Fitting batteries, wiper blades, and wheel bearing & hub fitment on trailers
• Working fast & efficiently within a small team of 4 staff, & communicating effectively
• Helping customers find items they are looking for in the Autopro store, and
recommending the right items to help solve their problems
• Restocking items including oil, filters, batteries, auto accessories, tools, and car products
