Richmond Bride Winter/Spring 2014: Cover. Using two separate photos, one of which was provided by our Best Dessert Tables winner, I cut out the cake and photoshopped it onto a festive backdrop. I then incorporated a gold pantone to set the tone for our "Best of" issue.
Richmond Bride Winter/Spring 2014: Fashion feature. My idea stemmed from the basic fact that life doesn't really change after you say "I do." This modern day fairy tale showed the happily ever after -- going to the gas station, going to the grocery store, walking the dog, etc.

Richmond Bride Summer/Fall 2013: Cover. This shoot was inspired by the Pop Art movement, where we juxtaposed larger-than-life items with straight-forward beauty shots of our bride. For our cover, I had flowers shot separately that I then laid out behind her, mimicking the flower detailing of her dress.

Richmond Bride Summer/Fall 2013: Mismatched china. I wanted the china shot from overhead, creating a graphic flower feel. By using a 2-tier table, we were able to achieve this look.
Fashion shoot, Richmond Bride 2012. This feature was based around my concept of all the decisions a bride has to make while gearing up for her wedding day: dresses, china, jewelry, cakes, thank-you notes, etc.
