Customer experience is getting more and more important in B2B-sector when differentiating from competitors.
We designed a new customer experience for Fastems, a company which makes flexible automation solutions for B2B-market. The design consists of new brand (logo, slogan), improved product design (for three different machines) and innovated service design (new mobile application for maintenance). Our customer experience -targets were ”wow”, proudness and trust and these we tried to convey through all of our designs.

The process consisted of factory visit, setting CX-targets, creating visual language by using mood-boards, re-designing the logo and creating visual guidelines, creating three personas customer stories, product design and UX-design including draft for new website and new maintenance application,
