Tea Infuser Fish
We were given the brief to design a 'cutensil' or a cute utensil by creating a solid model suitable for 3D printing. The design needed to demonstrate our skill in the composition of line, shape, texture, form and colour. The utensil had to be small and handheld and we needed to provide and orthographic colourway.
I decided to make a tea infuser in the shape of a fish. After looking at a series of shapes and forms from different types of fish i found a form that i thought looked simple but beautiful in its line composition.
I used the Pantone colour scale to chose my colour scheme and came up with a silver and teal blue combination
