Multiple holiday tote options were presented based on trend research as well as the preferences of the upscale retailer primarily found in New York. After the presentation, a small handful of styles were developed into samples. The bags were designed within the customer’s budget, which also involved careful selection of fabrics, as well as deliberate sizing to stay within the budget range.
