After the success of The Splendor Apartment, its investor has planed to build The Splendor II Apartment.
In Asia in general and in HCMC in particular, most of people do not usually leave their parents home when they become adult. People prefer to live together as it is part of the culture. However, there has been a trend of living separately recently. The concept design for this project aims to satisfy these diversified needs.
An 8mx6m 1-bedroom flat is a core module. This 1-bedroom flat can be extended to a 2-bedroom flat or a 3-bedroom flat only by adding partitions without affecting the main structure of the building. The whole structure of the building still stays in the same frame. In this way, it provides a flexible choices for customers and therefore, the investor can sell their properties effectively.
