Her Flag Project
"Her Flag": A nationwide collaborative art project celebrating the 100th anniversary of the 19th amendment of the US Constitution. Artist Marilyn Artus of Oklahoma City constructed an 18x26' flag with 36 stripes to represent each of the 36 states that took part in the ratification. Idaho was the 30th state that ratified the amendment. I was the artist selected to make the artwork for the Idaho stripe that was sewn to the flag on April 25, 2020.
