I was tasked to assess the strength of the current Burger King Store design concept, and re-evaluate its effectiveness in delivering the brand strength and equity. This is just a sampling of what I presented to top management, pointing to specific areas in which to apply enhancements to strengthen brand presence and bring to life BK's brand positioning. BK's initial response to the overall approach, critique and recommended solution was positive. This led to consumer testing in one of China's key markets which verified my initial proposal. Based on the results of these tests, all strategic design directions are now being deployed by BK throughout Asia.
