Qb | Modular - Case #4
Modular house developed in colaboration with Innotrade Modular Buildings. In this project, in Catuçaba, SP, a mix of prefab technology for flat pack modules has been proposed (structure, panels and frames) and local solutions (roof, floor and external louvers). The spatial configuration explores the gap between the modules as living space, covered by a large roof supported on modules with generous eaves protecting from rain and sun. These eaves conform balconies facing north, getting more sunlight in winter and sun protection in summer. The building is adapted to the tropical climate of the region. The modules have steel structure and MGO SIP panels.
