Saigon Sisters Menu (Outside Fold) - Saigon Sisters came to me to redesign and re-imagine their menu due to a change in their dinner service concept. They were also currently working with an ugly menu. They needed an aesthetically pleasing menu that distinguished their small plates/large plates items; as well as a creative way to itemize their extensive beer, wine, and beverages selection. Parameters: ability to print on letter-size paper, ability to edit per change in menu item, and to keep existing logo.
