EASY key system

Easy key system is the intuitive solution for easier manipulation with keys in everyday use. It is not only something we can have in our pocket, it is also fashionable piece of jewellery with the friendly use. This universal design offers the solution for every hectic day.
It facilitates the selection of the correct key, not only by the colours, but also by the relief of Brail letters, which is on each of the distinguisher. Because of the small dimension and light weight, it can be very useful product, especially for children, blind people or people visually impaired, but also for all of us. Keys are embedded into the case, so all of sharp parts are hidden. No more torn pockets!

The use is also very comfortable and quick because of the ergonomically shaped distinguishers, which is easy to rotate with the key into 180° only by one finger. The shape of the case in based on this rotation and ergonomic.
The dimension of the case is based on the diameter of the blade of key.
Many of the standardized keys has the diameter of 11 mm. Because of this is the key system applicable on most of keys in the production in the world. Each key is fixed by the groove on the bow of the key. The key is not only easy to get modify by removing of the excess material on the bow of the key, but the excess material can be recyclable, which would save about 40% of the brass.
The colour scale of distinguishers allows distinguish of even 12 keys in 3 different colours of cases. The colour next to each other is designed by the law of colour contrast and light contrast. It is easy to find the right one in the light, dark and even in dusk.
The construction of the shape is very rigid and it is resolved by reinforcing ribs, which are shaped through the middle of the case. The solution of the suitable material – Polyurethane (LMPU3) and construction is, that the case enriched with excellent strength and resistance to torsion, impact. Because the natural material is transparent, it could be a wide range of colours. The simple shapes can be easily cast and manufactured and make very affordable product for all of us.
All parts are individually casted and manually joined by two Allen screws and nuts.
