User Problem -
Employees found it very difficult to keep track of their day to day activities and tasks they need to accomplish. There were many systems to browse through to accomplish a task.
Goal -
Create a single system where user can accomplish all their task and improve self serve.
Actions -
Engaging with stakeholders, conduct focus group interviews, design thinking workshops, competitive analysis, low/high-fi mockups, peer review, usability testing and measure success by keeping track of MAU%.
