Overview:
This web application is an enterprise project management software which provides collaborative solutions, actionable insights into project performance, progress, schedules and so on.
Problem Hypothesis:
Managing a number of projects at the same time becomes a nightmare especially at an enterprise level.
Business Goal:
To create an enterprise level project management software that keeps track of all the projects, resources, tasks etc.
Design Process:
After the initial requirement gathering phase, a user task matrix was created to get a clear idea of the user roles mapped to different functionality. Then based on some high level scenarios, user task flow diagrams were created using Visio. After this some rough paper sketches and wireframes were created for all user roles. Multiple iterations were done with some usability testing with different target audience. Once all the wireframes were frozen, visual design was done for some unique screens.
