They prefer device to be simple & convenient in operation than the existing one overloaded with features like voice tag, reminder.
Proposed device has larger screen & fonts and buttons having larger surface area for better readability & tactile feedback. Device is made heavier and voluminous to overcome habit of forgetfulness.
