Panorama (Information Design project) - This is a 3 month Information design project(IInd semester) that I am working on at NID. The brief was to choose a data set of my choice and represent it graphically. I chose Hindi Cinema as my topic and Amitabh Bachchan's career in particular as my data set. This will be an interactive application where one can see and discover patterns and trends in the star's career. One will also be able to query the system to find specific cariables related to his movies such as cast and crew.
House of the Future (Research based project) - The brief is to project 100 years into the future and envision a house in terms of architecture, technology and ecology. The map above shows my initial research and analysis done on the subject. I think sustainability will be the major issue in future and thus suggested that household devices should be designed in such a way that the user shows sustainable behaviour automatically i.e. Interaction design for sustainable behaviour.
