The offices are located on the 5th floor of the Paseo Interlomas office tower, occupying an area of 640 m2 on a rectangular floor plan with a mostly exterior façade.
The design starts by separating the workplace and social area with a built block that contains the operational infrastructure.
Entering an open space, we find the most attractive element for users and visitors, a central bar with different amenities: coffee maker, beer dispenser, mini bar. Recreation areas for different informal and brief meetings, surrounded by the reception, two interview rooms and a multifunctional room with the option of being divided or being fully integrated into the working bar. Internal social events are frequent, they needed a flexible and dynamic space.
Continuing through the two circulations generated by the block where the SITE, electrical room and archive are located; we arrive to the second open space with a more private character. This area is made up of work stations that make full use of natural light and a work cafe with different meeting formats.
To give scale and create a different environment in this area, we designed an irregular lattice in the plafond, inspired by the wings of the monarch butterflies, a significant element for the client.
At the end of the workstations there are two open areas called brainstorming space and the telephone booths are found in front. Complementing it, there is a closed brainstorming space with a grandstand and flexible furniture, one on one semi-open and a cafeteria to provide a better user experience.
The palette of floor finishes is very neutral, representing natural elements such as wood, stone and vegetation. The changes in materials have the particularity of delimiting zones so that the user can quickly identify the different spaces and functions.
The ceiling design has the same intention, but it is not always a mirror of what happens on the floor. It was very important for the client to have a happy atmosphere; the explosion of colors reflects his personality. The selection of luminaires was very particular, since they wanted handmade decorative elements to contribute to local consumption. The entire office was designed and certified for accessibility, complying with regulations and standards. Being an inclusive company, the space had to reflect this.
