Blonde D's - This ad was created as part of a pitch for a new look, concept and execution for a direct mail advertising magazine, one that focused on the renewed and reusable nature of the content inside. The idea was to drive new reader interest and to give the publication a longer shelf life.

Romance - Half page ad for an adult shop. For this I really wanted to be careful, for the type of publication it was to run in it is important to not be too overt. I think that the limited use of color helps with this.
Creative Color & Cuts - fresh new looks our stylists continue their education to bring you the latest in style & technique! we only use the finest in hair, nail & skin care products: graham webb, matrix, paul mitchell, artec, tigi, nioxin, loreal color & wella color. we are the salon providing total hair care, color and highlights, facials and polishing, microdermabrasion, ear candeling, waxing & tinting, make-up & complete nail care.
Crystal Fitness - This is an ad for a fitness center that has a rather interesting regiment for getting you into shape (it involves both crystals and a massage machine that shines light on you, I think there might be some actual exercise involved as well).
Fusion Spa & Salon - This is a super clean ad designed for the Christmas season, complete with a reindeer doodad of my on design. I think that the colors, type and composition just came together on this one.
Venus Salon & Spa (Original Design) - This is the initial design for a salon and spa as it was pitched to the advertiser.
After getting changes from the advertiser this is the final version of the ad. It contains many of the same elements as the original and there are definitely things about this one I like more, but it doesn't hold the same place in my heart as the first proof did. The best solution was probably somewhere in between.
Go Big Action Sports - I am pulling this one from the archives. It is nice and old. For some reason I have a certain affinity toward it. Normally work this old would have been thrown out a long time ago.
