Grogol Development - A design to developed a district where an area is known acrowded and actively flooded every once a year. there is many potential to the site where it can be developed into a recreational area (there is a "waduk" to attract visitors, a flood canal along east district to turn as future water transportation routes) and to maximize the quality and the land uses itself. the main target is to have a connection between all existing public facilities.
