“MINI. Let’s Spring! Exhibition” will be showing the exciting collaborative work of MINI and PolyU. The four British-hip MINI crossover with the traditional Chinese art and transform into the hipster dancing lions to kick start the year.
MINI Funny Lion Parade in the City - Three modish MINI Funny Lions joined a parade leaded by the fiery MINI captain, for the very first time on 15 Jan in Tsim Sha Tsui, Causeway Bay and Central. Their first meet-and-greet has certainly enlightened the festive spirit in town. Together with students from PolyU School of Design, Big-headed Buddha joined the parade to give out limited edition red pocket envelopes, along with the warm New Year wishes. Next stop for the four MINI Funny Lions will be at Festival Walk. Description Here

MINI Design Project - MINI, Let's Spring.

"MINI. LET’S SPRING! Exhibition"
“The Whole Year Work Depends on a Good Start in Spring” was chosen as the finalized concept after rounds of consideration, for it has signified the idea of leaving the past and a great leap into the New Year. When East meets West, the heavily British-touched MINIs are now dressed with the brand new Chinese cult, and not losing its vivid style. The 4 MINI transform into the funky dancing lions at Festival Walk. In particular, it will be the debut present of MINI Countryman as a MINI Funny Lion in the exhibition. It will be positioned at the martial art platforms to demonstrate its energetic element. As the Beginning of Spring comes close with Lantern Festival this year, the venue will be decorated with flowers of plum and Chinese lanterns to exemplify the joy of Chinese Valentine’s Day with hint of British flavour.
