Design for Manufacture
This project was assessed by experience and software on its ability to be manufactured by means of injection moulding.
An existing product was bought, disassembled and technical package measured. All injecction moulded parts were to then be redesigned based around semantic elements found on products in the trade industry e.g. power tools, latches, ergonomic hand tool grips and visual features.
