ClubAlert needed to be simple, but very effective, ensuring that clubs are always where they should be in the bag when required. ClubAlert ensures that clubs are never left behind again!!
solution
Tee shaped transmitters that are pushed into the end of the clubs and a monitor that can be clipped to a belt or held in a pocket was the developed solution. When the 2 devices are apart for a pre determined distance and length of time, the monitor vibrates alerting that you are about to leave a club behind.
It was a simple solution, the best ones usually are... The devices design in the club contains a photo cell and a transmitter. Whilst the club is in the bag it remains dormant, as the photo cell is deactivated. When the club is taken out the transmitter is activated and it ‘talks’ to the monitor. It keeps talking whilst within a given range, but once outside 'BEEP-BEEP, BUZZ-BUZZ'.
