The OSI public-facing website, along with their customer-only website hadn't been touched in regards to the design or functionality of the sites since 2008. The public-facing site went through a complete redesign and content refresh. The customer-only site was a full site redesign from the ground up, including a platform upgrade to SharePoint 2013, design, content, and functionality and features.
