Multi-Spectrum Light Box
This is a raspberry pi driven multi-spectrum light box I designed and built for the purpose of taking high resolution images of products in various spectrums of light to assist with vision system training. The upper compartment houses the touch screen HMI and the electronic components. the main housing has two primary arms each having LEDs of ten different wavelengths, and a smaller center arm containing the camera. The box has a steel backing and the towers have neodymium magnets in the base allowing the position and angle to be adjusted. Apologies, pictures are during process, I neglected to take pictures of the final product. Just imagine a cable going to each arm and a ribbon cable going to the camera arm haha.
