By the use of c-shaped floor slabs this concept building takes its surroundings into its core and creates a void from top to bottom.
At ground floor level the void breaks up in 4 different directions and makes the public urban landscape a part of the building and vice versa.
Multi story height spaces intensify the vertical interactions between different floors. The skin of the building is made from elements that open and close in response to the need of; light, heat and cooling.
In the night the facade gives through the same openings a light spectacle.
