Goodtime - This is my thesis project. I wanted to develop a fast, efficient, and family oriented fishing/diving platform. Goodtime is a 40ft. center console catamaran with a twin stepped hull. Proposed cruising speed is 50+mph.
Racing style bolster seats up front for a secure and comfortable ride at 50+ knots.
Twin 7-Marine 557hp outboards power the boat.
Proposed Furuno instrumentation with full satellite weather/GPS/phone/internet/tv integration.
Twin stepped hull with strakes along with 28" racing style trim tabs for speed and efficiency.
The 5 foot wide tunnel provides ample airspace to help lift the boat while cruising and providing a large cushion of air in rough seas.
