The inspiration for this seat came from the gills on a fish, giving the seat multiple layers of leather with air con. passed through the gills/layers of leather.
Also this seat looked at leather used on horse saddles and the buckles used to tighten up which was used to adjust the bolstering for alternating seating firmness, harking back to classic seating
