Machined Grade 2 Titanium. Preliminary passes to achieve the desired surface finishes.
Off the machine and dry fit with the loose stone.

Created a tension setting ring. CNC machined from Grade 2 Titanium. Used heirloom stone and incorporated into Solidworks CAD. MasterCAM programmed for CNC'd TI. Part was then filed and hand finished.
