Karen-Sarah & Jason, a young couple, recently move to Montreal in Westmount. Loving the charm & History of a traditional home, they soon came to realize that our modern amenities do not coincide with a historical home.
We conserved all the plaster & moldings that make this home architecturally pleasing but we modernized the amenities and custom built the perfect Traditional kitchen.

We did 3 preliminaries and from there designed a forth. Once they saw the Renderings I could see that spark in their eyes, That’s when I knew that we were all on the same page.
The architectural drawings where completed as well as the millwork shop drawings.
The estimates where accurate and all materials choices fit perfectly with their style.
We began Construction end of January & completed it in 4 weeks on time, and way under budget..
