UTS Characater
UTS is a technical college located in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. They were already using a raccoon as a mascot in some events but seeking to have a new version of it to place in advertising material, like car labeling and billboards, some of the requirements to the new character were to add the institutional colors and an attitude of confidence and strength.
