The most noticeable feature in the building is the clever use of lighting both functionally and aesthetically. In some areas lighting is applied for its decorative use with the intention of a functional outcome. A good example of this is evident in the use of decorative l.e.d ribbon lighting to stair edging; not only aesthetic but functional as it illuminates staircases throughout the building. This multi-functionality is evident in many areas where lights are automated with controls allowing the easy switch between functional and decorative lighting.
The use of natural light is a key factor with large glass facades running the length of the building.
The building boasts many special areas such as an auditorium, gym (complete with juice bar), staff dining, roof terrace bar, lounges and breakaway areas.
The boardrooms, meeting rooms and auditorium are fully automated with the most up-to-date audio visual technology. It was the clients' aim to create an environment conducive to high levels of productivity as well as convenience.
Two reception areas welcome guests to the building at two separate entrances.
