Senior Living Community
Community Development. A design proposal for a new assisted living facility and neighborhood development on a vacant site in Southern Illinois. The new facility integrates state-of-the-art design techniques and the required functions to support an entire community.
Living units and resident support spaces are included in the program of the assisted living facility. The surrounding neighborhood consists of three variations of prefabricated living units.
