Bandoneon - Duchesse
Furniture that answers to the typological characteristics of a Duchesse and whose finding should be a recreational search by the user.
The duchesse is presented a priori as an uncomfortable, unfriendly felt single volume. However, the warm texture of the material and its weave calls for interaction. When using it, the object acquires an ergonomic form and the typological characteristics of the Duchesse come into being.
The weave generated by the felt curvature gives a plastic aspect to the furniture, that communicates through the different densities of the weave how the object “is” depending on
how it´s used.
