MEMS Micro-fluidic Pump

A MEMS micro-fluidic pump used for cooling of a computer chip. This pump design is based off a rotary-vane style liquid pump, which can be used in conjunction with anisotropic etching and an electrostatic motor to continually cool a computer chip. The entire proposed device is less than the thickness of a human hair.
