Pencil box - The creation of this box coincided with the construction of the Moby chair and its exploration of materials. I used a simple form to show off the material. The three materials used in this box were nickel silver, cherry veneer, and industrial felt.
When this box is handled each material communicates a different feeling making it more interesting to touch and feel while being simplistic in its appearance.
